Better than Linguica, more elusive than Morcilla, tastier than the generic Irish banger.....We just LOVE HAGGIS at THE HAVEN.We serve ours with Kohlrabi, which is a more interesting Turnip.
Ok, so it's not quite the traditional dish Rabbie Burns waxed lyrical about we reckoned it was about time for a change anyway.
We add a little Drambuie to the butter and drizzle it over the Haggis. Delicious.

Right lads, when will you have Arbroath Smokies on the menu? You can do a salad, or for breakfast/brunch lightly heated up under the grill with a knob o' butter. Brilliant! Contact RR Spink in Arbroath as I see they ship long distance, although the best ones were smoked next door to my hoose in Arbroath...
